Reformation Lutheran Church hosts holiday concerts

New hours for emergency distribution center

WEST LONG BRANCH -- Reformation Lutheran Church, 992 Broadway, has changed the hours of operation for its emergency distribution for surrounding communities. The center is now open Monday through Friday from 2-8 p.m. with the ability to provide clothing, emergency food, emergency cleaning supplies, emergency toiletry items.

Reformation Lutheran Church is also hosting two concerts. The Northern Cluster Choir will perform ?Lead Me Back to Bethlehem.? Rediscover the joy, peace and love of Christmas through the words, music and songs of Pepper Choplin on Saturday, Dec. 1, at 7:30 p.m. The choir is comprised of 20 singers from 10 denominations.

The concert is free and light refreshments will be served. A free-will offering will be taken.

The church will also bring back the Greater Shore Concert Band for their annual holiday concert on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 p.m. This orchestra is comprised of more than 50 band members under the direction of James Bast and will be performing holiday favorites as well as a few surprises.
